Services
Documentation
Communicating with customers both new and old in a professional manner is extremely important, none the least because it helps to instil confidence in you and what you’re offering. We can create templates for common documentation such as invoices, quotations, letters and emails that are easy for you to fill out each time you need them, amongst other things.
Advertising
The advertising space is larger than its ever been, mostly due to the increased use and importance of the internet. Thus, it is crucial that you market yourself appropriately to ensure that the right people know of your existence and what you stand for in an increasingly busy world. We can help you with this by creating a strategy of what demographics to target, where to target them (online, physical, or both?) and by what method. We can then commence advertising after agreeing this with you.
Website Design
In this day and age having a website is incredibly important; none the least because it act as a central hub for all of your activities (such as booking an appointment for tree work or purchasing a batch of homemade soap from an online store). A refined online experience will enhance the customer’s experience with you, which can lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. No matter what your circumstances, we will create a website that fulfils your needs perfectly.
Social Media and Online Presence
An effective social media presence engages viewers with easily digestible content, whilst extending your online reach across multiple services can make you more discoverable - for example, Facebook, Google Maps or Trip Advisor. Creating content for social networks can sometimes be time consuming, so we are able to do this for you - or we can set these services up for you instead.
Branding
Starting out can be difficult; ensuring that your branding conveys a sense of what you’re trying to achieve, yet is distinctive at the same time, is important to your appeal in the eyes of others. We can help you to establish a name, a tag line, colour palette and logo to ensure that you have a holistically designed look and feel.
Business Processes
Through careful consultation, we can help you find the right tools to enhance your workflow and connect with customers in meaningful ways. Services available (but are not limited to) include the creation and running of a customer database for the quick retrieval of client details, an appointment booking system that is available via your website or a card payment system that is available within your work premises.

Building websites from a young age…
Around the age of 10 I built my very first website: a gaming site called Sim Moves, centred around providing news on the popular ‘The Sims’ franchise and creating machinima video content with The Sims 2 using the in-game video capture features. I built this site using ‘Freewebs’ and very much enjoyed my time designing, creating and maintaining it over the course of five years very much — and still hold incredibly fond memories of that time in my heart. A later version of this website from 2007 still exists in a very basic form here thanks to Wayback Machine. Over the course of those years, as I got more confident and adventurous, I started to introduce larger changes and I even began creating flash widgets using a website called ‘Sprout Builder’ that displayed an RSS feed of news I’d curated.
Sometime in 2008 at the age of 13 I made the switch to a PHP-based service with the help of some friends, which is when it expanded outward to become more of a website centred around providing information (game info / screenshot and videos / news) surrounding all of the games in the Sims franchise. Using Wayback Machine here, you can see a rudimentary and not fully cached version of the homepage of the website complete with blog posts and the scale of the navigation structure visible. At the bottom of the page is a visitor ticker which reports over 100,000 unique visitors… quite an accomplishment for a thirteen-year-old juggling school and home life demands. I left a couple of years later as the looming importance of GCSE exams took over. Sadly this website no longer exists today in any fully-functional form as after I left, another person took over and the domain was left to expire eventually.
